solution

I created social accounts for them - Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Tailored the content based on their target market, used researched hashtag sets for each post and interacted with other accounts to increase their engagement. I also set up monthly social ad sets for awareness. Throughout the time we worked together we had regular coaching sessions as they wanted to train someone in-house.

We had a successful awareness campaign - bringing in more than 73,000 profile visits on all social channels, and their website traffic increased by 28%

Glambeds are an independent online store dedicated to supplying good quality furniture direct to the consumer with substantial savings and ease.

Glambeds were a start-up ecommerce with no social accounts. They were expanding their furniture lines and looking to gain more exposure and sales by getting active on social media.

the problem

solution

We had a few strategy sessions, I created the social accounts for their business - Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and mainly worked on content creation for them and monthly social ad sets. Our strategy sessions allowed Glambeds to train their in-house team to work on the engagement for all the accounts.

In 6 months' time their sales increased by 34%, they gained 4,756 new followers, 36,483 profile visits and 412 website clicks.

The Excalibur Grand is an elegant events venue situated in the heart of Birmingham catering mainly to the Asian community.

The owner had just bought the venue and needed to bring attention to the new management and name of the venue through Instagram. He was also looking to start getting bookings.

the problem

solution

They did not have any photos of the venue, so I had to create a custom layout for their account with stock images, optimise their bio, create tailored content, use relevant hashtag sets on the posts + follow and engage with other accounts as well as incorporate monthly ad sets to increase their reach and impressions. At the same time we had monthly coaching sessions in order for the owner to be able to manage the account himself .

In just 3 months they gained 3,399 new followers, 15,996 profile views and 228 website clicks.

Coco Rico's Food is a Birmingham based fast food outlet serving delicious Gourmet Halal Beef Burgers and Fresh Marinated Peri-Peri Chicken.

The restaurant was looking to increase their sales by bringing in more traffic from their social accounts (IG & Facebook) as well as increase awareness of their new food delivery contracts with Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

the problem

solution

It included a strategy session to cover all the details and set our goals. They did not have any social accounts, so I had to create both the Instagram and Facebook pages and optimise them for better exposure. The monthly content was based on competitor and customer research with a dash of the company's personality. I created most of the graphics, used custom sets of hashtags to increase the post reach and had a budget and schedule set up for social ads.

In one years' time their sales had increased by 32% and their daily reach and impression by about 250%
