They were looking to get more active on their social media accounts, get more exposure and promote their wedding car hire packages.

Created tailored content and hashtag sets for their Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Increased their engagement by interacting with other accounts. Had a deep dive coaching session with their head of marketing so that they could have all of their socials managed in-house.

In 3 months' time their followers increased by 16%, their profile visits by 21% and the website clicks by 15%

The Excalibur Grand is an elegant events venue situated in the heart of Birmingham catering mainly to the Asian community.

The owner had just bought the venue and needed to bring attention to the new management and name of the venue through Instagram. He was also looking to start getting bookings.

the problem

solution

They did not have any photos of the venue, so I had to create a custom layout for their account with stock images, optimise their bio, create tailored content, use relevant hashtag sets on the posts + follow and engage with other accounts as well as incorporate monthly ad sets to increase their reach and impressions. At the same time we had monthly coaching sessions in order for the owner to be able to manage the account himself .

In just 3 months they gained 3,399 new followers, 15,996 profile views and 228 website clicks.
